Hey all, I'm Jordan Carroll! Senior developer, currently in web, formerly in mostly-non-entertainment game development for the HoloLens (RIP).

I started working on my 3D engine for #playdate a little over 3 months ago, and took copious footage of the milestones and interesting failures. All footage is timestamped with the date of capture. Enjoy!

Even as an not-young someone who's in the habit of purchasing games as I want them, my purchasing has slowed down to games I'm going to play immediately because my free time is increasingly a commodity.

Fun fact! If you took all available jobs and put them in a single line, they would make the very difficult decision to proceed with other candidates but they're grateful they got to connect with you and they hope your paths cross again in the future.

So far I actually do like Liquid Glass on iOS, but they’ve buried a LOT of my common functions behind another layer of UX in the process. Lot of actions require an extra click.
