Open source PDQ -> you can now host PDQ sharing on ThreatExchange to combat harm. Folks having trouble with the infrastructure to match images with the algorithm? Open source a more complete package that does all the stages, including sharing (HMA).

Ok I'm going to make a sweet corn custard pie with corn kernels in it for Thanksgiving.

I'm thinking similar to pay de elote but with more corn kernels in it

this is The Big Truth
I really think that legal data ownership and indemnification (?) are the big problems, not running code. The reason Meta has succeeded at releasing open T&S tooling, imo, is that that’s what they are actually offering to partnering businesses.

ICE activity has increased in Sunset Park, Bushwick, and Corona (non-exhaustive list) and it seems to be because people aren’t attending their court dates — either due to not receiving notice or intentionally skipping because they know people are getting disappeared at 26 Federal Plaza.

NYC had a wind storm this week and my internet was SUFFERING lmao
every time I see people whining about the internet and single points of failure and “remember when” I laugh and LAUGH. folks. did you know that at one point sufficient rain in northern Virginia could take half the internet down? the infrastructure is way more robust and resilient than it used to be.

A nice obituary for Alice, who was going to be recognized as one of The Post 50.

I hate that we now have to live without this phenomenal woman.
