Suspending Doctors Without Borders is definitely a thing healthy countries do

Suspending Doctors Without Borders is definitely a thing healthy countries do
After a necessary but difficult discussion with my psychologist, I realized it was time to start moving my body again, so I grudgingly dusted off my yoga mat with an aim to carve out at least 20min daily.
Haven't missed a day since Dec 1.
My body's still not sure; my heart and mind are all in.

Watched 'Heated Rivalry' today and yah, fantastic. Well written, (and so funny at times in way that felt uniquely Canadian to me) and beautifully acted, with an amazing soundtrack (am thrilled for Wolf Parade, I hope they make zillions of dollars), and finally, sex back on the screen!
