God. I cannot stand another night of mainstream media “breaking news”: a reporter frowns as they seek clarification from a special analyst of a press release’s most irrelevant word. For hours.

“Now, John, as a retired member of Hoover’s original BOI, what should we read into the word ‘police.’”

*REMINDER that exposure to toxins used in crowd control agents like pepper spray and tear gas have a long term impact on women’s reproductive health.

She’s just a child, but this matters.

What are we doing?
ICE pepper-sprayed this 1-year-old girl.

Once at the hospital, the doctor had to call in a poison control specialist.

They had never seen anyone that young pepper sprayed.

Another horrific story.

More details below.

⚖️ Recently, the Third Circuit (Judge Bibas writing for an unanimous panel) held that a residency requirement in a state’s “medical aid in dying” law is constitutional and does not violate: (1) privileges and immunities (2) equal protection clause or (3) dormant commerce clause.

Abortion censorship is another area Dems have proven they .do.not.care. about women.

It’s another reason why I .do.not.care. about Dems anymore.

You better believe I’m not the only woman who’s come to that conclusion. We won’t support a Democratic Party that doesn’t support us.

I contracted measles 9 days postpartum because the hospital was hiding an outbreak and I didn't know I'd been exposed. They did almost nothing to limit others exposed to me. To this day I regret not suing (I lost the first 3 months of my daughter's life, and I'll never get that back) 2/3

The thing about measles is that it’s the only known virus that triggers immune amnesia - it causes your immune system to forget everything it has previously learned. Meaning you essentially reset to zero and are now at risk of basically everything.

It can take 2-3 years to get immunities back.

I can’t imagine how chilling this must be.

Because that’s the point of open carry, isn’t it? It’s the threat. The threat that you might be fatally shot over something you say.

I imagine men embrace the open carry on campus in greater numbers than women.

But disparate impact doesn’t matter 🤷🏻‍♀️

RE: Planned Parenthood Federation of America v. Kennedy #CA1

Don’t get confused by articles blaming affiliates. The language of Section 71113 is purposely vague and overbroad!

It makes it harder for clinics to comply with state plans. GOP politicians know this; they know how reimbursement works!
Planned Parenthood Federation of America argued S.71113 was an unconstitutional bill of attainder, violated its 1A right to associate & its equal protection rights.

CA1 ruled PPFA is unlikely to succeed on these claims, so the prelim injunctions were invalid & must be set aside. PPFA loses for now.

I thought, the war on women could not BE more relevant here! Trump’s version of home is one reason he’s forcing us back into it.
