In 2024, the US female-to-male earnings ratio was 80.9%. For union workers, it was 87.1%. Women in unions have stronger employer-sponsored benefits, are more likely to have a pension or retirement plan, and to receive health insurance from their employer.

Do you use the mirror trick? I help my sister with a cheap, full-length mirror she keeps in her car. 99% of the time, I can find some angle that will get her a good shot. Sometimes I’m reflecting from 40 feet away, but most often at the apex of a 90-degree angle between her and the stone.
