It's part of why I feel a measure of pride in Australia. We have our flaws no doubt; those among us who would rather sow division Ava fear than work in unity. But that's part of our strength; we are diverse, and from many places, all working towards the shared goal that is Australia.
Nothing can instill in me such heights and depths of both great disappointment and great pride than humanity.
We are a wondrous species, when we we're in diverse unison towards a shared goal.
We're also a great peril to both ourselves and the rest of the planet when acrimonious division rises.
