Watching a movie on your phone is novel the first time, but it's hardly a compelling experience.

There's no denying the experience of a proper cinema screen and sound system, but that can be reasonably replicated with ease now. TVs are pretty big, and home theatre systems are really good.

Protests must be disruptive and if that disruption isn't having the desired effect then they should be destructive.

Is it likely that LEGO will keep to the 1:1055 scale? 🤔

I hope so cos that tiny Defiant is so cool
Updated 1:1055 (LEGO Ent-D set scale) chart! Already filling out a good bit, probably gonna take a little break to get through some commissions but I'm excited to keep on it! :)

What should I build next?

In an era as severe social regression there is no 'normal'. There is no status quo to fight for.

You're either complicit or you fight against the regression. That's it, that's the only choices. Newsome would be complicit.
California Governor Gavin Newsom said on Thursday that the Democratic Party needed to be “more culturally normal” and “less judgmental.”

My 1:1055 (LEGO Ent-D set scale) model of the Intrepid class! It was fun to try to match details to the official set now that we have one, like making sure I added the main phaser strip. And the nacelles rotate!

619 pieces, 32.5cm/12.8in long.

Section 31 are villains. It was a way of examining what a utopian society would do it pushed to the edge. A way of reiterating "it's easy to be a saint in paradise", the logical conclusion of that thought coupled with "the ends justify the means".

Star Trek has some very ignorant and anti-diversity fans, and that's extremely fucked up.

It's just a poster!

Ok, wait a minute, are there people actually upset over Starfleet Academy now? WTF? I thought we were all on the same page that this was going to be amazing. Ya’ll need to get ahold of your selves. I’m not gonna do the whole hating on Star Trek cause it’s not “your Star Trek” thing all over again.

The reaction to that Starfleet Academy poster is adding more to my theory that Star Trek fans only really like one Star Trek show and they wish every other Star Trek show was like that one show.
