I was not trying to make the case for the US, that’s for sure
the thing about Greenland being a colony is worth noting, but in the current context a bit... less relevant given that the Greenland independence movement (which is about 40% of Greenland politics most of the time) has basically said Denmark is easily the lesser of two evils here
