PSA: If you’re using the word “sewage” instead of “poop” or “shit” 💩 to describe this obscene, undignified, indefensible video Trump posted, you’re sanewashing it.

@IrishStarUS got it right✅
@nypost did not❌

your analysis of this political moment is going to fail if you keep using reductionist labels like "wine mom". first of all, there are dozens of factions just within that one term, from whiskey women to chardonnay chicas, and understanding their unique informal coalitions can take decades of study

PSA for everyone going to protests
Oh absolutely. I'm hopeful for the project. Looking forward to when my copy arrives.
That's a completely understandable position to be in. I hope at some point everyone involved in the project at all iterations is able to talk about it freely. I often think a troubled development makes for a better history of the industry and the triumph of a game actually making it to market.
I think I'm going to start using my Blusky as a daily tracker of my writing progress given I have projects I want to work on and need some structure to help keep me accountable.
I have to imagine they have some incredible stories from the development cycle and I'd be so eager to hear them if they're every allowed to tell them. Getting the opportunity to make Bloodlines 2 must have been insane.

Don't engage. Just block. They want to push their rage bait on here. Don't give them the satisfaction.

This is not a minor issue: it’s a serious threat to democracy. We’re rapidly transitioning into a world where, as long as you support the president, you can be above the law; if you’re in the opposition, you have a target on your back. Opposition can’t survive under these conditions.
I think at this point it’s fair to say that we’re no longer under the rule of law.

the institution of trial by jury might be the most robust one left at this point
Trial shows that ICE agents lied, concealed evidence in an illegal effort to convict the "libtard" who filmed them.

"What if, in the process of trying to ban AI products that quite actually encourage children to kill themselves, we wind up banning chatbots that help children cheat on their homework, diminish their propensity for critical thought, and lead to the development of other forms of AI psychosis?"
CA governor Gavin Newsom vetoed both of the major AI bills on his desk that Silicon Valley meaningfully opposed—one making it illegal for bosses to use AI to fire workers with no oversight, one requiring chatbot sellers to ensure their products do not harm children before marketing to them.

I’d like to believe I’m not the only one who saw that quote and immediately misread it and thought of a cross between an AI sexbot and a Juicero, and cringed.

Holy shit. This is Angelo Elia, a legislative correspondent for Congressman Dave Taylor.

According to @rooster.info, during a Zoom meeting today, he had an American nazi flag displayed in the background.

a swastika? in a republicans office? of the republican party who all explicitely endorse fascism? no way this could have been predicted
EXCLUSIVE: Capitol Police are investigating a swastika found in GOP Rep. Dave Taylor’s office.

“The content of that image does not reflect the values or standards of this office, my staff, or myself, and I condemn it in the strongest terms," Taylor said in a statement.

The EHRC has finally, five months after producing its wildly transphobic and, we believe, unlawful Interim Guidance now taken it down. Our judicial review challenge to that Interim Guidance will be heard in less than one month.
