I have been hearing from multiple corners that there’s some very bad things happening on the AMS, and I can only speak for myself, but I think I’d rather not be a member if these shenanigans continue.

It seems that every parent/geandparent of small children in my town had the exact same idea I had for how to spend the late Saturday morning. I’m only here because it’s across the street from my favorite local auto shop. So here I am, sitting outside, waiting for my winter tire installation.

This is because Netflix has a specific list of approved digital cameras and a specific production pipeline that ends up making everything look extremely same-y. Nothing else looks like a Netflix show, but every Netflix show looks like a Netflix show.

It’s been a pleasure working with Lex and everyone in the politics vertical at Teen Vogue. I’m heartbroken that my column, Disability Visibility, is gone. Teen Vogue was one of the few places that published disabled journalists regularly. I just spent the last 2 months working on my next column
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.
certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

The hard thing about teaching a pop music theory course is that the history bit is just missing and students make these sweeping statements about genre and I'm like... yeah, no.

Just one third of Jewish voters didn’t fall for the scaremongering & Islamophobia, which trails the 40 percent (and rising?) number that say they are sympathetic with non-/anti-zionism. What’s interesting to me is that gap of about 7 percent (which is significant). I’d love some analysis on that.

This needs more attention: Zohran SPLIT the straights with Cuomo. ALL of his margin was from LGBTQ+ voters. Every Dem who ever said “we should abandon the transes” needs this shoved down their fucking throat with a ramrod.

I am a queer Jew and lived in Maine for 2 years (and now live in the area). It is easily the most antisemitic state I know (also one of the whitest).

I have watched as so-called "compromise" positions on transgender people's rights have failed over and over--in statehouses, the Biden White House, and in liberal rhetoric. There is no middle ground acceptable to the politicians, activists, and billionaires obsessed with trans people and our lives.

The most amazing thing about English accents is just how localized and specific they are. For such a tiny country, you’d think all of those regionalisms would start to disappear.
