Feels like we're gonna need laws about not making ads with nonconsensual AI video of your opponent, like yesterday.
I know Cuomo doesn't understand consent, but like--anyone making an AI video of another person does not understand consent.

From my view, what we're seeing is Trauma Response. Trump has severe daddy issues. His father was a brutal familial dictator and Narcissist. Trump cozies up to dictators and acts like one to prove himself like he couldn't do, to his own father, for approval. He's locked into childhood, emotionally.

Trump could’ve deported gang members without invoking this law. What Trump is doing here is not about Venezuelan gang members. It’s about laying the foundation to arrest and deport anyone he deems an enemy.
The US Supreme Court in 1948 noted that the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 empowers the President whenever there is a "declared war" between the United States and any foreign country, to provide for the removal of alien enemies from the United States. Trump is using it now to deport anyone he wants.

Yes. If DHS can barge in, say your visa was revoked, be told you have a green card, say it's revoked too, and then disappear you so that neither your lawyer nor your family can find you, then all the guardrails are gone. There is no policy, practice, or law protecting anyone.
