I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.

Nobody cares about the victims in the Dallas ICE shooting apparently. The first I've heard about one of them was on CNN today. He's fighting for his life in the hospital --- he was brought to the US when he was 13. He's 33 now. No criminal record.
I just don't know what to say anymore.

If you want my honest opinion, I don’t think the US ever recovers from this. And I don’t mean the Charlie Kirk thing. I mean all of this. The downward spiral we’re in. The allies we’ve abandoned. The disregard for the constitution. All empires fall. I think it’s our time.

It’s not about glee or not glee. Glee doesn’t come into it. The man was killed by the guns he championed so vehemently. It’s exactly the kind of death he wrote off as an acceptable cost. It’s literally “I never thought the guns would shoot MY neck.”
