Someone shared with me a recipe for oatmeal raisin cookies that starts with soaking the raisins in the egg yolks that you'll use in the recipe and I was like "that's gross, but I'll bet raisins taste great when they soak up Grand Marnier" and they do! Best cookies I've ever eaten.
