I actually have two little plushies in the car all the time and it's nice for traffic or longer drives :3 but they stay in the car so they're not getting overly dirty

I did actually have a custom made owl that came with me places but decided to let him be because it was hard to clean him (felt) and I didn't want him to get too dirty or ruined

Yeah that aspect def makes it frustrating, your options are more limited when you're housebound. 🫂 I also worked in marketing & KNEW how much time & energy this would take. I'm happy to have published but if I want to feel like a person, I can't be online All The Time. Doing it all alone is A Lot.

Had to drop off my ballot and pick up a hold at the library, so I decided to treat myself to a yummy drink on the way home. Excited to dig into this book because reasons*, but also because it means less time in front of a screen.

*the reasons are I'm gay

I sorted books today at a volunteering thing and it was honestly a trip down memory lane. Lots of old books from elementary schools who were probably purging their collections, and it was all the stuff I grew up reading. Makes me excited that kids will still be reading them decades later!
