It is clear that if you aren't wealthy or a large corporation, you're only going to be hurt by trump's bills and policies.
Since Reagan, this has been the central theme of the Republican party. Cut spending on the things that we need and redirect those tax dollars into the pockets of the wealthy.

At least twice now, when I thought I found an independent news source/commentator on social media that has accurate and insightful info, helps me feel sane, and doesn’t seem like a clickbaiting grifter, they post fluff pieces from an AI conference. 😒

Highly recommend going back to read old notes every once in a while. Some of them may be cringe, but they may also provide your own insights from the past that you didn’t know you needed now.

The thing about generative AI that makes it different from other climate threats is that it’s NEW. Most people can’t imagine living without meat or plastic… but we can all imagine living without Chat GPT. We’ve all done it before. So yes, we can put the genie back into the bottle. Finally saw my first show at Sunset Tavern: Art d’Ecco! Saw an ad, thought he sounded fun, and spontaneously ordered a ticket a day before the gig. He and his band brought the house down with their glam, groovy dance-punk! Hope to see more shows at this venue.

It's tough to refer to someone as a criminal if you've given them no due process to determine whether they're a criminal. Like if you get arrested and get a trial and are convicted of 34 felony counts. That's due process. You can call that guy a criminal.

In an absolutely devastating ruling, the Supreme Court has allowed the transgender military ban to go into effect.
This is shocking - the ban explicitly called transgender people dishonorable for being transgender. It is as clear as day soaked in animus.
