I find comfort in my practice so today I will be burning a candle and wanted to share my ritual in case others wanted to join.

I had two surgeries over the last 3 years to reconstruct my eardrums which helped 1. Improve my hearing (still not perfect) and 2. Allow me to swim and get my ears wet for the first time in my life.
I made sure to swim as often as I could and go to as many concerts as I could.
