Honestly, John Curtis has been doing trump's bidding since his first day in the House following the 2018 special election. His voting record is nearly identical to Sen. Lee's, but Curtis doesn't do the crazy tweeting and likes to say on the downlow. Curtis' voting record has always been terrible

With the House being out (because Johnson will do anything to not release the Epstein files), the shutdown will continue through next week.

The goal is obvious: to hurt federal workers and the American people.

1) The admin has been planning mass firings to begin in October since February
2) The work necessary to carry out mass firings is illegal during a shutdown, violating the Antideficiency Act, which carries a criminal penalty
3) This harms America, ridding us of talent and expertise
