Minnesota shooting raises questions about who investigates federal agents
Many in the Chicago area have revived a legal question of whether state and local agencies can investigate and file charges against federal agents who appear to have crossed the line.

Minneapolis right now—

At 35th and Park, a crowd has gathered after a car crash involving the feds. Agents just launched tear gas and pepper balls at people.

Now both the state AG AND the local DA are investigating the shooting together.

Noem’s effort to bluff the FBI into being able to cover this up on its own has failed miserably.

One of the reasons we have such an established, thorough record of the lies ICE, Bovino, and DHS told about alleged aggression from protesters and observers in Chicago is that a group of protesters and media orgs sued ICE. Continuously grateful for the people and lawyers who waged that fight.

Bovino is not in Chicago.

We did not see visual evidence yesterday of him w/ other feds. This is one reason we never reported it!

Breaking reports indicate that feds just shot and injured someone in Minneapolis. We'll all know more soon. Wait for local sources to confirm verifiable info.
Bolvino has arrived to Minneapolis. On the scene at 33rd and Portland. Being an observer is not a crime.

Multiply our clients' experiences by the millions of prescriptions Accredo controls, attorney Aaron Kucek says, and "we have a nationwide healthcare crisis that is being caused by The Cigna Group and its subsidiaries.”
January 6, 2026 at 7:01 PM
With a stranglehold on nearly a third of all U.S. prescriptions, patients are forced to go through Accredo, which takes advantage of them by offering "shockingly poor healthcare services, profiting off of the helplessness they impose,” says Loevy partner Mike Kanovitz.

Today we filed a class-action suit against the online pharmacy Accredo—and its parent company, The Cigna Group—alleging that people forced to use Accredo are trapped in an illegal and incompetent monopoly. Read our press release here:
