Discord isn't walking back anything yet, but this shows they are feeling the pressure and you should keep bullying and contacting them until they relent.
Discord is already starting to walk things back a little, so people should keep doing what they're doing (cancel Nitro, leave feedback/criticism, direct contact through support tickets/phone/email/etc)

i don't have all the answers for how to look out for kids in the digital age but I strongly suspect completely isolating them entirely is not the solution. we're entering this bizarre as shit world where kids aren't allowed to be anywhere online, but there are no truly adult spaces either.

I'm very much pro a decreased reliance on smartphone and app-based solutions for literally everything but that's not actually what's happening, it's just a paradoxical exclusion where all kids are to be barred entry but also all adults are to be treated like they're 15 anyway
