Stop watching Ryan Murphy slop

You will offer zero explanation to your thinking because, Sally, you are a coward and a liar and you’re just following the breeze.

We’ll remember when it all sinks you want to pretend you were against it. The internet remembers Sally. So does Pepperidge farm…

It’s fun thinking about how criticizing your support for Bari is “the thought police” when Bari literally made a name for herself by trying to fire professors are Columbia— and she was successful as firing Arab professor Joseph Massad.

But no, WE’RE the thought police.
madmads33.bsky.social
Yes. I too eagerly await @sallyjenx.bsky.social response
madmads33.bsky.social
Oh Sally, we’re not moving on from this sweet pea. You can’t pledge your allegiance to corrupt unearned power and then talk sports.

Describe the opposite of The Free Press in a sentence
Screenshot of text:

It’s a business story. [Highlighting begins] Everyone in journalism has known for years that there’s been a huge opportunity for a publication that employs the traditional methods of U.S. journalism—reporting, deep sourcing, fact-checking, fearlessness—to subjects that either don’t get covered enough or get covered only from a certain perspective. [Highlighting ends] If creating such an enterprise seems simple

More like “It might give the impression that these rulings have any legal merit other than give Trump what he wants while we strip away your civil rights… and we can’t have that.”

Amy Coney Barrett defends heavy use of the shadow docket: "If we wrote a long opinion, it might give the impression that we have finally resolved the issue, and in none of these cases have we finally resolved the issue."

Tremendous writer AND good friends with the person she’s writing about.

Huh. Really hard hitting stuff Sally.

Ratio me. Please. It's a badge of honor. If you don't like a link, go follow some chicken-heart who needs the approval of the thought-police. Caitlin Flanagan of @theatlantic.com is a tremendous writer and this piece is an excellent read. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

You still should worry about your hair
madmads33.bsky.social
I’m so sorry that the people know more about this charlatan than you (an actual “journalist”) do.

Please, wear your ignorance as a badge of honor. When this inevitably blows up, I can’t wait to check in to see where you are in your mental gymnastics routine.

Ever hear of yellow journalism? That’s Bari’s trade!
madmads33.bsky.social
This is embarrassing.
sallyjenx.bsky.social
You think for ONE SEC that a man in her position who was named head of CBS News would be the subject of so much to-do? Come on.

The whole "you should be proud of Bari Weiss because she's a WOMAN entrepreneur" argument reminds me of this comic:
madmads33.bsky.social
Sally if you want to work for Bari, just ask her. It is embarrassing watching you simp and defend her on “merit” and “being a woman”.

Just take it to Bari’s DMs so the rest of us can live in peace.

My bad— they were stickers in AOC’s office— that was the set off… AOC doesn’t care about the American flag… stickers…
madmads33.bsky.social
Find the one about the woman who wrote about leaving the Democratic Party because she found a bunch of American flag stickers in a trash can and thought…

“That’s it… I’m becoming a republican”

Top notch stuff there Sally

When you woo the Ellisons in Sillicon valley with the promise of promoting reactionary politics it’s AMAZING how much money you can get, regardless of gender.

I think her being a woman was ESPECIALLY helpful because they can say “well we hired a woman” so people like Sally can defend her.
madmads33.bsky.social
She has never been a news reporter or journalist. She is an opinion columnist and a reactionary centrist.

More of this. Call this fuckers out. Shut them down. Stand your ground.

Stop giving space to these liars.

STEPHANOPOULOS: I didn't insinuate anything. I asked you whether Tom Homan accepted $50k as was heard on an audio tape recorded by the FBI in September 2024. You did not answer the question. Thank you for your time.

VANCE: No, George, I sai--

STEPHANOPOULOS: We'll be right back

Idk, when you find yourself working AROUND the Nazi stuff, you have to wonder “am I doing this because I want to or do I miss how it was and I’m unable to move on?”

It’s OK to miss it. But again, you expect people to work around a Nazi algorithm… why? for what?

:: slowly tucks away my screenplay about an insane physical therapist, based on Peterson, trying to groom his angry male patient into some MK Ultra type experiments::

Yeah. Heh. No one would buy it… (literally)

I grew up *with* the internet. Grateful to have a childhood without social media. But I think convenience comes with a steep price these days— now the price is mass surveillance and for what? So we can clockwork orange ourselves with social media?

If there’s another Luddite movement, I’m there.
madmads33.bsky.social
Agreed it’s horrifying how much I rely on it for day to day. I hit a point where my nerves are shot, I don’t know my ass from my elbow, and I’m truly just trying to drown out my thoughts because I’m overwhelmed because of the dumb rectangle I use everyday!
