The future focus so far seems to have very much been on buying in 17/18yo uncut gems from elsewhere/abroad - think the jury is still very out on commitment to the actual academy. Do worry INEOS might not see the value in properly investing there

Losing Nick Cox, Adam Lawrence and now Fedorenko in quick succession does make me worry a little. All moving on to great opportunities but can’t help wondering if the INEOS staff cuts and their impact on the academy have been a factor in them being open to leaving
