It’s the “season of love and giving”…but this year, doesn’t it seem more like a “season of fear and taking”? Like many of you, I’ve been saddened by the human impact of draconian government budget cuts and how angry many housed Americans are at unhoused Americans.

I've read about this kind of digital-life-destroying account cancellation before, but all the other cases I can recall involved (wrongly) suspected CSAM. Apple did this over a $500 Apple gift card that some system flagged somehow when he tried to use it to pay for his iCloud storage?
