In this specific case she said she was on her period because he wasn't taking no for an answer. Of course, the British justice system and media are the British justice system and media, so she's the one convicted and punished (with much more rape, because that's how prisons work for trans people).

This is why when my sf minis games hit an airfield/spaceport/whatever there's usually a piper cub or something there. I'm sure it's obsolete even with a fancier engine and some random tablet doing all the avionics, comms, and navigation, but it also costs like three spacebucks to knock together.

Gender-affirming care is fine if you're cis, obviously. Even if they accidentally ban some of it, the natural understanding of what they meant will mean it stays accessible. The rules won't be enforced, there'll be some fig leaf reasoning, they'll just tell the poorer cis folk to blame the t-slurs
