The US-State Department should realise that outside the USA it is in many countries a criminal act to support raising the right-arm in a salute, to wave the swastika flag, to kidnapp/lock-up ppl w/o warrant, and that visa can/will be revoked from ppl doing so... that Americans can/will be deported!

Just had a manuscript submission (to a Springer Nature journal) bounced because I had not provided a 'State' in the address of my affiliation.

1) We don't have states in the UK
