That's scummy behavior. People running such a bar, I'd call the cops on because god knows how many people they let off the hook drugging people's drinks or worse.
You guys know how the owners of Anime Matsuri also own a bar called The Anime Bar outside of Houston? Seems they run that bar much like they run their conventions, because after a patron talked to the cops about how a friend's drink may have been drugged, an employee banned her from returning.
