Leider kann ich eine interessante Studie hierzu nicht mehr finden. Es wurde analysiert, ob eine Förderung ingesamt Geld kostet, oder ob sie Geld zur Verfügung stellt (einfache Rechnung: wieviele Arbeitsstunden fürs Schreiben aller Anträge und wieviel Ausschüttung). Sollte immer analysiert werden.

Frust:
1) Die mittlere Verwaltungsebene, die Elternzeit als Gnadenakt behandelt & droht , den befristeten Vertrag nicht zu verlängern.
2) Kollegen, die glauben, dass man in Elternzeit ungestört publiziert, weil die Partnerin betreut, weil dies sei gottgewollte Ordnung.
