i don't understand how to teach making things simple.
it's like people have this built-in resistance to it, i have no idea how to get underneath that. i just paired with someone on something and we deleted probably about 75% of the code and then it was good.

IMHO:
Because Likes are (unavoidably) public data on Bluesky, there should be a Likes tab on our profiles as a reminder.
Not enough to warn people during onboarding.
Friction can be a good thing in many cases but this isn't one of them.
Likes feeling private but being public is a UX footgun.
