To be perfectly fair:

The nobel committee didn't give Obama the 2009 peace prize because ~he~ had done something notable.

It was more of an award to the American voters for not electing another damn Republican.

I think the regime has pretty much telegraphed what they want to do and the eventual goal (disrupting midterm elections with troops) and now we just have to grind it out.
