The way people talk about In N Out fries always boggles my mind. So many people call them "Worst fries in fast food" and they literally taste like fries. They're not great but they're not bad. They taste like french fries and cost $2.

I've always maintained that you don't get better hires (even for "fit") with more than 2 or 3 rounds of interviews, but that might change in the era of AI-drafted cover letters.
