Why not try this in Alberta to add revenue for schools?
We could do a granting program that pays for a portion of the installation, and some could be a repayable loan, and the rest is revenue. Alberta is excellent for solar, as we have strong sun even in winter!

Firstly yes, an EV produces fewer emissions in its life cycle, and in fact begins paying dividends at about 22k’s driven. Secondly, the goal is not to replace cars that are still being driven, it’s to replace new cars that are being added.
