Sometimes I think people forget that, in 2021 Rent Control got more votes than Jacob Frey did.

This was a ranked-choice voting (RCV) race. Voters were asked to rank up to three candidates. After two rounds of tabulation, Jacob Frey was elected.

my sense is that walz would play extremely dirty if anyone with a chance challenged him and that he would do his best to torch their career. given walz’s relationship with carlbom (DFL chair), i think potential challengers know the upside is very low.

Fateh’s the reason my boyfriend can go to college. The North Star Promise is one of the most transformational pieces of legislation at the state level in the country, and I know enough inside baseball to know it wouldn’t have happened without him

Yesterday, the Frey administration declined to release the internal investigation conducted by MPD related to their actions surrounding the violence and shooting of Davis Moturi by his neighbor. Mr. Moturi and our community deserves a transparency.
