So... I still can't believe I'm writing this. After three years with @UploadVR.com, it's surreal to say I'm stepping down after next week. Happy to say this was my choice, and I'm beyond thrilled to announce I'm joining @futurefriendsgames.com on January 12th! 👀 - medium.com/@terranauts9...

Three things I firmly believe

1) putting clothes on wild animals, even pet ones, is stupid
2) if you have a wild animal as a pet, you better have enrichment!!!
3) wild cats should never be pets unless you have some kind of mystical cat communication skill which this person clearly lacks
just watched a few dozen videos from the TikTok account of the people who own a caracal cat which very clearly should not be a pet and wants to kill them (every video is like this)

Food photography has always pushed things a bit far vs what’s actually delivered but AI is just taking the piss, there needs to be a clampdown on misleading product shots
There's a burger shop near me who changed their entire menu into uncanny genAI product shots that would put anyone off their dinner

14 years since original release and it's still being released on new platforms.

PC version will always be my favourite thanks to plethora of mods available for it though.

But the good news is, by doing this, we defeated racism in the UK.
Government has now - belatedly -published the impact assessment for the changes to skilled worker and care worker visas announced in May.

Impact is estimated between -£2 billion and £-10 billion (central - £10 billion).

Made a frankentree for Christmas instead of buying one. Collected fallen branches from the woods, three hours of arranging, tying, screwing and gluing.

One child burst into tears at the sight, one ran out of the room.
