I spoke to my doctor for a good 15-20 minutes last week. It's official that I am diagnosed with fibromyalgia, as the severe pain in my bones would've shown up on prior tests if it was something 'physical'. It seems I'll be taking painkillers for life at this point.

Just to note, as well, that by default, "Engagement farming" is switched to "hide", which is all fine until you realize that posting several times a day apparently makes you insincere and fake.

I got myself a Douk Audio P10 Pro, which is a portable tube headphone amp. I've already swapped the opamp to a JRC MUSES, and even on its own it sounds very cool. Even more cool with the other tubes in the chain as well (6 per channel!).
