Yes, people are responsible to their actions and decisions. What I am trying to say is that if you haven't been tested, don't assume you're morally superior to people who failed the test. And in general, we should focus on systems and structures rather than uphold the myth of individual choice.

My daughter and I visited the house we lived in when she was a baby, and she was shocked a 29-year-old Navy guy could afford a nice house in a safe neighborhood.
