The game I "designed" in my dream last night is a 2d platforming game where once you finish the first bit, you replay the same levels in another genre in another genre.
As an FPS, you can see all the hidden tunnels obscured by the 2d perspective. Playing it as an overhead RTS gives a similar change

I'm at that part of Warframe where anything higher than level 30 kills me, and there's Mod work that can be done to break that barrier, but all the guides talk about things you can only get once you're past where I am. It's that odd place nobody can remember how to surpass.

Over the last twelve years, I've given Warframe five good solid tries. I see the appeal. I have fun on occasion. But it has the same problem most MMO's do, where the mechanics don't get more interesting and what makes it challenging is the extra 0's added to everything on the tuning spreadsheets.
