Lol from your story and so many others I've heard it really highlights that for a lot of people sex workers ARE the closest thing they have to any kind of talk therapy. (And frankly, with the nightmare of the US healthcare system, easier to access)

Well written and valuable perspective! Thank you so much for sharing it. I think it's really important in this puritanical backlash to remember that not only are sex workers people, but the work they do is actually something that does require skill and has significant worth.

Argath aka Algus yells "Animals have no God!!" like a jerk. The original translation of Final Fantasy Tactics is notoriously rough, but I always liked how blunt this line was.

A lot of the conservative power rests on knowing theres low voter turnout for liberals in minor elections. It means even the most unpopular ghouls stay in power through sheer inertia! Fight that. Sometimes it actually works.

PSA to those who live in the US, no matter how disillusioned you may be, vote in local elections and encourage your friends and family to do so. One of the big problems for liberals is low turnout for lower level elections, which puts in people who approve of gerrymandering tactics for the big ones.

The wild thing about New England history is that while half of it is folk lore and half of it actually happened you're never actually sure which is which because sometimes it's just that weird.

For example, today I learned Connecticut really DID hide its state constitution in a massive oak tree.
