Hey, you! Need a little hope? Borrow some of mine!

Comment in this thread when you feel low. Don't worry, we all have off-days. The revolution has only begun, but we are already making strides. You are vital to our future.

Remember: You are not alone. And it's good that you are resting.

Gavin Newsom's social media called ICE "state-sponsored terrorism" (he actually called it "STATE. SPONSORED. TERRORISM." which is more emphatic and also: based) and then when psycho POS Ben Shapiro said that rhetoric was "bad for the country" Gavin agreed with him and walked back the post instantly.

Facebook is the worst for bot comments + synthetic engagement. I think most people don't realize that those big Facebook pages are making tens of thousands of dollars a month. They are run by companies outside of the US, they have bot engagement to drive up their reach and push fashy propaganda.
I’ve definitely felt a bit of that on Facebook. It’s giving “dead internet” over there. Dozens of comments to different people. Nobody ever responds…

DHS employees entered our store this afternoon and served us a Notice of Inspection, demanding copies of I9 forms for each employee.

In 27 years as shopkeepers, we have never been subjected to this type of investigation.

If you weaponize the DOJ to intimidate elected officials, that’s not “politics.” It’s a federal crime. Retaliatory investigations violate civil‑rights and obstruction laws. Anyone turning law enforcement into a threat is advertising their own liability.

14,000+ people signed in support of this bill. Senator Yasmin Trudeau said she's never seen anything like that in the Senate Law & Justice Committee.

ICE is doing deep damage to our communities. Washingtonians are speaking out.
BREAKING: The Senate Law & Justice Committee just advanced SB 5855, Senator Valdez's bill to prohibit law enforcement from wearing masks and to require identifying information.

ICE is out of control. Let’s get that bill to my desk immediately so I can sign it into law.

This is what the rule of law looks like. Peaceful protest is protected. Retaliation by federal agents is not. A judge just put that in writing.

Democratic politicians facing frivolous criminal investigations from Trump:

Elissa Slotkin
Jason Crow
Tim Walz
Jacob Frey
Letitia James
Lisa Cook
Mark Kelly
Eric Swalwell
Adam Schiff
Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.

The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.
Breaking news: The Justice Department has issued subpoenas for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey as part of an investigation alleging that they are impeding federal law enforcement officers’ abilities to do their jobs in the state.

#Minneapolis showing the rest of us how it's done! Look at how their volunteers rapidly respond to #ICE, such as @whstancil.bsky.social's video.

These are modern-day "Minutemen" who defend their community with short notice. Take note and prepare your neighborhoods, too. We are stronger together.

Same reason Elon Musk paid twice the value of twitter and has been running it into the ground financially while benefiting from his ability to influence politics internationally
I hate to burst everyone's bubble but if you think that CBS News losing ratings or prestige matters to David Ellison, you're mistaken. Murdoch ran the NY Post for 45 years without turning a profit. They want these media companies to pump propaganda, not to get ratings or make money.

It will get worse.

But it is NOT OVER.
Not by a long shot.

We the People are standing up.
And we’re just beginning.

We are the majority.

Never forget it.
I hate to predict this, but I feel it in my bones. It will get worse. Someone else will be executed on camera. The protests will grow violent. He’ll evoke the Insurrection Act. More protests. He'll move into more cities. More executions by ICE. More violence. He’ll announce midterms are cancelled.

Masked federal agents are terrorizing our communities — teargassing babies and pastors, kidnapping our neighbors and shipping them off to foreign torture prisons, and killing innocent people.

But we’re not powerless in this moment. In fact, we have an opportunity to rein in ICE this month.
