Yep. Have long been of the view the climate change is what broke it all. When they started saying you could not believe climate scientists it opened the door to everything
Truly, it began when the Republican Party decided to embrace climate denial in the early aughts. That was the foundational break with reality. And it metastasized into full-on post-truth partly because they suffered no consequences for lying in their media coverage or other public branding.
What we’re witnessing in America is what happens when disordered discourse captures a political party, then the state itself. The Republican Party was the first to fall - abandoning truth for conspiracy, ideology for grievance, and policy for performative outrage.

lol, "vetting"
A teen DOGE staffer recently given access to government systems worked at a startup known for hiring convicted hackers. Someone using a Telegram handle associated with him also solicited a cyberattack-for-hire service in 2022. All raising questions about his vetting. www.wired.com/story/edward...
DOGE Teen Owns ‘Tesla.Sexy LLC’ and Worked at Startup That Has Hired Convicted Hackers
Experts question whether Edward Coristine, a DOGE staffer who has gone by “Big Balls” online, would pass the background check typically required for access to sensitive US government systems.

It wasn't the goals for me when it felt over it was when they went to their bench and were able to bring on McAllister and Jota. #LIVTOT

The issue is I think subconsciously everyone made a mental agreement that they can accept the terrible league form because we will do well in the cups. That's why this result really hurts when everyone was feeling bullish going in.

I feel like I must be delusional on my feelings about Spurs. I just watched one highlights package of Kevin Danso and immediately think we have just signed a new Moussa Dembele.

Is anyone else getting a lot of duck related content on the COYS channel?

The word "decoys" seems to be getting picked up in the key word algorithm looking for "coys".

Personally the occasional hit of duck content amid all the Tottenham news is a pleasant surprise.

One thing for sure is the players haven’t quit on the manager, even if the hosts of your usual podcasts have

It's easy to forget that Borello and McClaren were both trained by Aloisi when he was at the Roar in their early days.

Regardless of how he rates as a overall manager he is really good at training strikers.

This forward line of Walatee and Botic could be special...

‘Are you not entertained?’ Postecoglou is two steps away from vindication with Spurs
After a close shave against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup, Ange Postecoglou is inching closer to winning a trophy like he says he always does in his second seasons.

I’ve been a Spurs fan since the Ginola days.

The years preceding Ange were dull. Conte and Mourinho weren’t wrong in their criticisms of the club, but it was dull dull dull to watch, even just as “highlights”

It’s not anymore.
Here's what Ange said to Sky Sports last night in full. It's one of the great post match interviews. Here's a man who believes with every fibre that football should be entertainment. There's also value, even for people with no interest at all, in how he deals with individual mistakes
