Quagmire of indecision or catalyst for change?
The NHS 10 year plan was published without a delivery chapter. There's no absence of good ideas but the implementation has long been a challenge. Can we create an opportunity to do things differently?

So interesting to see the replies to this. Many people having a good experience of GP - this hardly gets talked about.
Yes experience is varied but some areas are doing really great responsive care.

I am constantly so impressed with my local GP clinic. It is impossibly efficient. There is no relationship with an individual doctor - I don't want one - but the moment you have a concern about something they sort a call back that day or a walk-in appointment that week. They're just brilliant.

I just reject this in so many ways. Racism is not caused by the presence of immigrants; immigrants can and do become british and thats wonderful; white british people are not incapable of accepting immigrants into their country without becoming irrational racists

Is the NHS at the online tipping point? Looking at the latest data it seems as though online is becoming the norm for GP access. A closer look shows theres been great progress but there’s some groups that are not quite there yet & so there’s more to be done!

Complain about it, protest bad coverage of course, but we won’t get another institution that makes safe, publicly funded, reliable, human-created, vetted content for kids if we let the BBC get destroyed.
