It’s my birthday month! As some of you already know, it has been a really tough and challenging year which has tested me in ways that I’m still processing.

Yep, her response was that they wouldn’t be home until later in the afternoon. It’s in December too so not like I’m springing it on them 😂

Only my family (or my step mum in particular) could pull a “No don’t come the 300+ miles to visit us on that day because that the day we do our weekly shopping and we couldn’t possibly do it on a different day” 🙄
