Yes, modern American life can be worse than previous eras even with the state of technological conveniences, ESPECIALLY if every one of those pieces of tech primarily functions to SELL to you. Advertising is spiritually and culturally harmful to humanity, and there're significantly more than before.

I think we're all focusing too hard on finding a smoking gun against Trump in the Epstein files, when we should ALSO be rejoicing for the proof that a LOT of currently influential men are fucking scum. This is the swamp that needed drained.

I don't think, in the first few days after the American Right's Trump delusion pops, I'm going to have the "told you so" feelings. While this is going on, I feel sick; I feel scared.
