Today at the store I was playing The Halluci Nation for music. This hella awkward wyte dude came in looked at me, looked at our radio, had a light bulb pop off over his head, lit up like a Christmas tree, then started to talk to me about frybread. 🤣

Periodic reminder: if you’re over 35, you should be getting up from the floor unassisted once a day to make sure you still can. If it ever gets difficult, you need to do some weight training. Why? Someday, you will fall. Being able to get up can be the difference between a few bruises or dying.
