La seule façon de le prévenir le #COVIDLong c'est de tout faire pour éviter le #COVID

=> la réduction des risques (le risque 0 nécessite d'enlever des barrières systémiques donc qqs conseils personnels) :

- masque FFP2
- vaccination récente (<6mois)
- symptôme = arrêts maladie/TT si possible
