Some visual development work from when I was still trying to figure out what these 5 cats' story should be! For a while it was about going to art university, and for a short while was even a sports comic! The only thing that stuck was that I wanted them to feel like people i could be friends with :3
A comic page made entirely digital. In this version all five cats were art students. A fully traditional comic page. In this version the interpersonal relationships between the characters were the crux of the story. A more sketchy version of the fully digital style, in this version the point of the comic was talking about different forms of print. A particularly old version of the comic, long before the designs were solidified.

Morning routine feels like everything and nothing right now. Took care of myself, the dog, saw my kid to school, and now I have my herbal tea, animal crackers, and some pumpkin seeds to nibble on and keep my focus. Here I sit at my desk with 3 unfinished projects and think "just keep swimming."

🧵 We make a twice yearly British horror zine and our next edition is the Beltane 2026 issue. General submissions will open after Christmas, but we are starting this thread now to connect with illustrators, ideally UK based, who might want to be part of it.

I've long had the idea of creating themed sets in my shop using my various artistic skills, and this is my first set! Polymer clay earring sets and embroidered beanies 😊

With Valentine's Day and LoZ's 40th anniversary next month, I was really excited both planning and putting these together ❤️ #bsnm
A set of handmade polymer clay Heart Container earrings inspired by the Legend of Zelda series, hanging on the end of an orange paint brush handle. The earrings are made with metallic red and white clay, and coated with a gloss glaze making them super shiny. The fish hooks are gold, to match the theme of the series. A stack of three cuffed beanies in heather red, heather grey and white embroidered with a 16-bit Heart Container as seen in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The embroidery is 1.75" tall, and was embroidered on a Barudan embroidery machine. A set of handmade polymer clay Heart Piece earrings inspired by the Legend of Zelda series, hanging on the end of an orange paint brush handle. The earrings are made with metallic red, black and white clay, and coated with a gloss glaze making them super shiny. The fish hooks are gold, to match the theme of the series.
