They are not De-escalating! We had a Neighbor abducted at 6:30 in the morning yesterday we had two observers detained and another maced at 7:30 AM this morning, blocks from an elementary school. And then we had the same fuckers three or four of them all hanging out in the same spot all morning.

I spent the evening outside the Whipple federal building in Minneapolis, where the feds have been releasing people they detained — often for no discernible reason — into the freezing cold... wearing whatever little clothing they had on at the time they were taken.

So, transfers from jail or prison to ICE have doubled what they were before. These are arrests no one even sees. There's no video to document. Street arrests used to be rare, but obviously now they are more common.

Definite uptick in Bluesky content aggregators taking legit clips regarding Minnesota from a few days or weeks ago and posting them without any sort of timestamp context, which gives the impression of them happening today, which then gets clicks. Be vigilant with what and how you share.

One human rights observer in Maine said agents followed her home, blocked off her street, and came to her door to say they know where she lives. Her children are now staying elsewhere, to keep them safe.
Now in Maine: ICE watchers say federal agents are coming to their house to threaten and intimidate them.

Happening tonight in Phoenix, AZ:
I've been sent video from the end of the ICE raid at the Zipps on 32nd and Shea.
It shows protesters -- on the sidewalk, impeding no one -- getting drive-by maced by an ICE agent from a truck as it rolls away down the road.
Hard to see how such tactics are justifiable.

I swear as long as there isn't a full-on riot many folks will erase all the "less than peaceful or legal" acts of resistance to call something "a victory for peaceful protest! uwu" but that is a delusion. Threat (at the very least) has played a part in most successful movements. This is just history
