How do “illegal” immigrants manage to get a mortgage on a $630,000 house?
IF they were able to get a mortgage (they can’t) that’s $4954.26 a month for 30 years. A mortgage payment should be 1/4 of your income. Doing the math, you’re making $237804/year. Not including the $63k down payment.
