By a Veto-Proof Majority the House and Senate need to pass a bill that any Presidential Pardon for current or past members of any administration require a 2/3 Congressional Vote to become valid.
Does NOT remove pardon power, just provides a reasonable check.

Just finished 1929 by @andrewrsorkin.bsky.social and as an Historical Economist I have some issues. But as a reader, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Might do a thread at some point, but haven't really used this space for that kind of thing here before.
