I’m so proud of my husband! We’re going to be in better shape in our 40s than we were in our 20s!
Finally achieved my goal of squatting my body weight yesterday (~205).
On a related note I think I need knee support for that now because I’m hurting lol.

Was a 8 year customer of @backblaze.bsky.social until they announced they're not supporting Win 10 anymore. I'm saddened they are perpetuating the arbitrary mandate to "upgrade". So many people cannot, or will not, and you abandoned them. I will casually be watching your stock price with curiosity.

Absolutely. Greatly attributed to my recent alcohol fueled emotional breakdown. What we need to do, and what I’m trying to do, is remember that we can do what we can. We can be there for the ones we love, and be small flames of light in the cold, dark night. Together we can make it.
I know I’m not alone in feeling this way, but recent events have deeply shaken me…
I’ve cried over it several times…
My thoughts feel overwhelming… caught between fear and helplessness, yet still holding onto hope that people will choose love, reject the madness, and stand together

I could write a book about all the bad that happened this year, but I want to concentrate on some good things. I lost 40 lbs this year, my work stress is significantly lower than it was the first half of the year, and Reece is also much happier. Friends and family have survived, and so have I.
