Beyond the corporate greed, it's also just incredibly confusing to find everything now! I basically need a spreadsheet to figure out which NFL games are on what streaming service on a week to week basis, I'm blacked out from half of MLB games on certain networks, CFB is all over the place...

The last conference I went to there was an uncomfortable amount of AI. GenAI, machine learning models that didn't work, figures for papers, PowerPoint slides, all of it. Young, old, all ages of researchers. This was in Europe so I was wondering if there was a cultural acceptance
