I seem to remember long ago an analysis that pointed out when the official Justice system, in the form of the police and federal officers, looks like just another gang then people will turn to unofficial *local* groups, like the mob, to do the policing and justice stuff.
For many issues, the median REPUBLICAN voter will agree with Democratic voters that policies, laws and regs offered by liberals and progressives are better all around. They still vote Republican. Reasons include; willful ignorance, aversion to Dem/lib/progressive labels, and fear others will benefit
To be fair (not really), the media as a whole has those blind spots baked in. For instance the media does not push back to lies about ACA. Saying Republicans tried/try/trying to kill ACA without much of any alternative does not get much if any coverage either.

Any messaging will be going against the headwinds that are the media sane-washing everything Trump and his administration does.
I should be tapping a sign.

To many people, NOT being able to indulge in casual bigotry feels too much like oppression. Being told "Don't act like a Dick" is a infringement on their rights, much less the general expectation of, you know, not being a Dick. Why else are 'leftist' pundits antsy?

“Dems moved too far left” is more pundit-consultant industrial complex than empirically-supported analysis. It lives in euphemism and vibes.

It wrongly assumes abandoning core values will yield a net increase in votes.

And to the extent it’s really political strategy, it’s fighting the last war.
Yeah no. You see, that is the market Fox is aiming for. They will say that they are fooled, but like everything else they are arguing in bad faith.

Remember Sartre talking about how dialogue with Nazis will fail because of their bad faith.

Voting for fascism has more in common to fascist supporting billionaires than those voting otherwise. Billionaires only support one side in this fight.
And yet they would be more likely to pass a Voight-Kampff test than any AI booster like Musk or Thiel.

There has never been a more urgent need to have a society internalize the sentiment “The cemeteries are full of irreplaceable men.”
The Tyrol way of doing rosti is good too. Instead of grating the potatoes, one just slices them very thin. The rest of the recipe is very similar.

We have progressed from data collection to data analysis.
This could be back-dated to the '90's.

"President Clinton needs to reach out to Republicans during the shutdown and adopt their ideas to be successful." Usually written by pundits most interested in having the 'Hick From Arkansas' fail.
Another day, another poster with a laundry list of why it was good that Biden was NOT elected without a mention that by every listed metric Biden was still the better choice.

*sigh*

Ignore and block, my fellow peeps.

But Kamala lost because she refused to debate on Rogan's show.

It may not have been MAGA information that he was immersed in, but it certainly was adjacent.
Maybe the case of that white female intern that was found dead in Joe Scarborough's Florida home district office should be looked at again.
