That's the thing about anxiety and complex trauma, that maybe you don't understand (if you're lucky). We forget to look up and bump into a person. We get frozen, and someone who doesn't know what we have lived through decides we are deliberately being an asshole.
It costs nothing to be kind.

Iunno, trying to make yourself invisible sounds like the opposite of just standing in a place where people are trying to get by and not noticing what an asshole you're being.
